Brady's Fish & Chips is a local, family owned and operated, licensed family restaurant, consistently providing great tasting fish and chips, since 1965.
Most people in Victoria either know, or are related to someone, who had their first job at Brady's.
We still use the same batter recipe from 1949, when it started as Burnside Fish & Chips. Known mainly for the freshly cut Halibut, Cod & Haddock, and hand-cut chips.
Brady's also has hand-made 1/2 pound Burgers, home-made Zucchini Sticks & Onion Rings, freshly made Chicken Strips, & much, much more.
